Roomful of Teeth is a GRAMMY Award winning ensemble dedicated to the performance of new works for eight amplified voices. Through collaboration, commissioning, and new technologies, they seek to reimagine the expressive potential of the human voice.
Upcoming collaborations include multimedia and collaborative works by Pamela Z, William Brittelle, and Gabriel Kahane; an opera by Leilehua Lanzilotti, and new pieces by Christopher Cerrone and Jerod Impichchaachaaha' Tate. Recent premiere performances include Caroline Shaw’s Microfictions Vol. 3 with the Bergen Philharmonic and the New York Philharmonic, and Scott Ordway’s The End of Rain with the Cabrillo Festival Orchestra.
